How I Got Here
I didn’t start in real estate as an agent.
I started by working directly with homeowners who needed to sell properties that weren’t always easy to deal with – homes that needed repairs, had tenant issues, or came with complicated situations.
Over time, I saw a pattern.
Many homeowners were being pushed toward a single solution – whether that was selling quickly for cash or listing on the market – without really understanding their full set of options. And in many cases, that meant leaving money on the table or taking on unnecessary stress.
That didn’t sit right with me. So I became a licensed real estate agent to expand what I could offer.

Every property – and every situation – is different. Instead of pushing one path, I help you compare your options, which may include:
